At Snapkitchen, we strive to provide high-quality kitchen accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased under clearance or special sale (if mentioned)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share your order details and clear images/videos of the product
  3. Once approved, we will arrange return pickup or guide you accordingly

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a free replacement
  • Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we bear the shipping cost
  • For other cases, return shipping may be charged to the customer

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
