- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day
2. Shipping Time
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location
- Remote areas may take slightly longer
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders (if applicable – you can edit this)
- A nominal shipping fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email
- You can track your order using the provided tracking link
5. Delivery Partners
- We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery
- Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, or courier delays
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may be attempted
